माननीय उच्च न्यायालय नैनीताल में योजित जनहित याचिका संख्या 17/2023 “रमेश लाल / रमेश कम्बोज बनाम उत्तराखण्ड राज्य व अन्य” में माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 16 मार्च 2023 के अनुपालन में उत्तराखण्ड शासन, औद्योगिक विकास (खनन) अनुभाग-1 के पत्र संख्या 485/VII-A-1/2023/9(05)/2023, दिनांक 22 मार्च 2023 के द्वारा अवैध खनन एंव ड्रेजिंग के सम्बन्ध में जनता से प्राप्त शिकायतों के पंजीकरण हेतु पृथक से विभागीय स्तर पर तैयार पोर्टल पर प्राप्त शिकायतों का समयबद्व रूप से व सम्यक् निस्तारण किया जायेगा।

Department of Mining Geology’s Complaint redressal portal is an online platform available 24X7, for the citizens of Uttarakhand to lodge their complaints related to mining services/ operation being carried out through state.

The complainant needs to provide his/her name, mobile number, email ID, Photo Identity Card etc. alone with the complaint details such as District, Tehsil, Village, and proof document in pdf format. Upon sucessful submission of the complaint, the system generates an unique complaint Number.

Unique Complaint Number and registred mobile number will be used to view the status of the registered complaint. The complainant needs to save this number for future correspondence.
